We contacted them in September to talk pools. They answered all of our questions and we had an estimate, which did not change, before they left. They started our project in October while we were on vacation. Everything was so smooth. The entire project…pool, patio, screen enclosure, and inspection, was complete in early January. We ordered a pool form Sebring Spas, Pools & Patios about three yrs ago. It was well constructed and the screen was also. We have really enjoyed this pool. We have had many compliments on how nice it is. We have not had any problems with it at all. Would recommend them.
Jaq is such an amazing person, not only did she made my dream pool come to life, she also had been very very helpful with more then just the pool. Such a sweetheart even while i was throwing challenges at her she still found a way to turn my backyard the way I envisioned it.
Honestly if I need a pool to be done in the future this is definitely the place I’m coming back to for it. Hands down GREAT SERVICE OVERALL !
We worked with Jacalyn and Franz starting our pool project over a year ago. They were wonderful, professional and personable. They kept us up to date on the entire project while we were in another state. Took the time to put our garbage cans out and put them away. Took photos of the progress of our pool and while our house was being built. Thank you for all you have done and gone the extra mile. We love our pool.
The people building the enclosure were very informative about what they were doing. Every time we called, Jacalyn responded immediately. The entire project was completed in early March right before the stay at home order started. Since then I have spent from 1-2 hours a day in the pool. The salt water makes the pool virtually maintenance free.
